We are living in a digital age. In 2017, the National Association of Realtors reported that 95% of all home buyers used the internet to search for a home and 58% of buyers discovered their home using a mobile device. It is vital that your home appear on the internet in order to attract attention, and we'll make sure it looks good. In addition to posting your home on the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, we stay active on social media forums like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and Vimeo to promote your property on the web. We also have a Featured Listing section of our website that is updated regularly and a monthly digital newsletter to ensure that your listing stays fresh and visible.
Video Home Tours
Our home video tours are absolutely top quality. We use the best in the business to present your home in the most stunning and beautiful way possible. The videos feature interior tours as well as drone footage giving each tour a cinematic quality that is beyond words. These tours usually range from two to three minutes, and a separate one minute feature video is posted to our social media accounts as well.

Each home is unique and different, so my photographs are customized to you! My professional photography experience allows me to capture the essence of your home without outsourcing the task. I get to know you and your home, and more importantly, why it's special so we can cater to your specific needs.
